Does anyone think that the large 'pillars' seen in the first few chapters of act 3 (which can be seen at the lake in Displacement) are the ruins of ancient Locust cities? - Matt98 18:55 26 June 2010 (UTC)

Destroy the outer hollow?[]
I don't get how you could destroy the outer hollow if it's hollow, I mean it's not like they collapsed the outer most part of the crust in on the outer hollow, that would kill a larger percentage of the remaining human population that the locust did on E-day. So im wondering why does everyone on the wiki say the outer hollow was destroyed? Lieutenant Davis 00:01, November 8, 2011 (UTC)
Mountains collapsing.
- Because the Outer Hollow was destroyed by the Lightmass bomb. And did caused massive damage on the surface too, don't know the full effect the bombing has on the human population besides the Rust Lung effect.--JacktheBlack 00:15, November 8, 2011 (UTC)
- I understand what your saying but when i watch the scene where the lightmass bomb lauches the individual torpedo looking things theres only six or so, how can so few destroy the entirety of a tunnel system that spans the entire planet and could possibly go hundreds of kilometers deep, it just seems highly unlikely that the whole thing could have been destroyed. I just hope i'm not the only one confused about it. Lieutenant Davis 01:51, November 8, 2011 (UTC)
