After rescuing Hana from a [[Snatcher]], Keegan signaled Tak with a flare gun, shocking him as Scorpio had ended up back on Pahanu. Keegan dismissed it as a long story and informed Tak that Hana was hurt and that they needed a stretcher to airlift her out. Tak ordered them to hang tight as he was on his way. Scorpio held off the Swarm for the next few minutes until Tak arrived and lowered a stretcher onto which they loaded Hana. Tak warned that it would take him a few minutes to secure the stretcher and come back for them, but Lahni promised Tak that they would manage. |

However, as Tak lifted Scorpio out of the volcano, his King Raven came under attack by the Wakaatu. Chased by the giant creature and unable to shake it, Tak ordered Scorpio to cut themselves free and timed it so that Scorpio rolled down a slope. Flying away, Tak stated that he needed to lose the Wakaatu before they could leave and ordered Scorpio to get to the high ground where he would pick them up. Scorpio eventually were cornered on a cliff by the Wakaatu, but Tak arrived and Hana used the King Raven's door gun to drive the Wakaatu off, allowing Tak to extract Scorpio and fly them back to Galangi.<ref name=" |

- "Welcome aboard Tak tours. If you look to your right, you'll witness the total destruction of a bastard Swarm Hive."
- —Tak after extracting Team Scorpio from a Swarm Hive hit by three Venom Bombs
Tak's King Raven is a personalized King Raven Mark 2 utilized by Tak during the Hivebuster Offensive.
History
Swarm Invasion
Skirmish in Pahanu
After Condor 011 crashed on Pahanu, Colonel Victor Hoffman sent Tak to find and rescue Team Scorpio. Scorpio eventually reached the Condor's cockpit and used the radio to make contact with Tak who Corporal Jeremiah Keegan signaled with a flare gun. As Scorpio held out against heavy Swarm forces, Tak arrived in his King Raven and used the helicopter's rockets to clear out many of the attacking Swarm. Scorpio boarded the King Raven and witnessed the Wakaatu kill the remaining Swarm with its deadly acidic venom.
Tak then flew Scorpio to the Hoffman Estate on Galangi where he landed.[1]
Hivebuster Offensive
Hivebust of Sanctum
Tak flew Team Scorpio to the former COG doomsday bunker of Sanctum on Pahanu and they repelled down from the helicopter to begin their mission. After dropping Scorpio off, Tak flew off.
Upon emerging from the bunker following the premature detonation of their Venom Bomb, Lieutenant Lahni Kaliso contacted Tak who was shocked to hear that they were riding a metal door down a river of lava. As two Carriers attacked Scorpio, Tak arrived and took them out with his King Raven's rockets. Tak warned Scorpio that they would need to take a leap of faith as the door was approaching a lava waterfall. Tak positioned the King Raven in front of the waterfall and Scorpio was able to grab the helicopter's rappelling lines as the door went over the waterfall. With Scorpio safely on board, Tak returned them to Galangi.[1]
Mission to Weilehi
Scorpio and Doctor Hana Cole were transported to Weilehi in order to learn more about the Wakaatu from the local people. After dropping the team near the village, Tak told them that he was going to find a place close by as he was tired on the last second rescues which Keegan agreed with.
After rescuing Hana from a Snatcher, Keegan signaled Tak with a flare gun, shocking him as Scorpio had ended up back on Pahanu.
For the next few minutes, Scorpio held off the Swarm until, as they were close to being overrun, Tak returned and dropped his rappelling lines for them to escape. Scorpio eventually were cornered on a cliff by the Wakaatu, but Tak arrived and Hana used the King Raven's door gun to drive the Wakaatu off, allowing Tak to extract Scorpio and fly them back to Galangi.[1]
Mission to the Wakaatu Nest
In order to get a sample of the Wakaatu's venom, Tak flew Scorpio back to Pahanu and dropped them into the ruins where the Weilehans started their rite of passage, the Awakening. After Scorpio completed their mission, Tak presumably extracted them and the venom sample back to Galangi.[1]
Hivebust of Pahanu
While Scorpio allowed themselves to be captured by Snatchers in order to destroy the Hive on Pahanu, Tak waited for them outside of the Hive but the team's radios didn't work in the heart of the Hive. Fighting their way out through massive Swarm forces, Keegan called Tak for extraction and was informed that he'd be there in thirty seconds, but Keegan warned Tak that he'd better make it twenty seconds.
As the gas from the Venom Bombs spread throughout the Hive, Tak arrived in his King Raven Mark 2 and dropped his rappelling lines to lift Scorpio out just in the nick of time. As the gas emerged through the hole and the team climbed aboard the King Raven, Tak gleefully told them that if they looked outside, they could witness the Hive's destruction.[2]
Hivebust of Bravelle
After the success of the operation, Hoffman had Tak prepare his King Raven to fly Keegan and Lahni back to the mainland. As Tak entered to report that he was ready, Hoffman, in the middle of offering Mac a new Hivebust, stopped him. With the whole of Team Scorpio accepting the mission, Tak flew them to Croya where Mac had him drop them off. Tak promised to hold down the fort and wished them good luck.[2]
After their successful mission, Scorpio returned to Croya where Tak extracted them. Tak reported in to base, stating that Scorpio was secure, that they were inbound and that the mission was a success.[3]
Description
Unlike typical COG aircraft, Tak's King Raven has been personalized by its owner with designs painted all over it. Near the tail on both sides is a lightning bolt while the front of the helicopter features a snarling face with the open mouth containing the cockpit viewport. The tail of the helicopter features painted-on feathers.
