First Lieutenant T. Loomis was a Coalition of Ordered Governments Army officer who fought during the Destruction of Halvo Bay. He was a member of the Onyx Guard.

Biography

Destruction of Halvo Bay

Around six weeks after Emergence Day, Loomis fought to protect his hometown of Halvo Bay from destruction at the hands of the Locust. He was killed in the Museum of Military Glory when he and his men were cornered by the Locust and burned to death with Scorchers. Loomis' COG Tag was later recovered by Lt.Damon Baird of Kilo Squad.
