Sovereigns Boulevard was a plaza in Ephyra city. The plaza had many shops, dozens of planted trees and a mall with marble statues.[1] Echo Squad was ambushed and lost Pvt. Harrie in the Boulevard before being rescued by Delta-One.[2]
