A Sand Wasp is a small, desert flying insect native to the red deserts of Vasgar. The local Vasgari and tourists consider these insects as a pest, similar to the Scree-Mite found on Tyrus.
According to Fahz Chutani, he has a intense dislike of the insect as it irritated and annoyed him; stating at one point that he was glad that his parents left the country and resettled in New Ephyra. Despite the mention of the insect, no actual model was found in-game.
