A Salmon is a medium-large fish found throughout the Serano Ocean. These are one of the most common fishes and their ease of breeding makes them popular in Seran aquaculture. They are a primary food source and have seemingly escaped the mass extinction of the Hammer of Dawn Strikes.
Butchered Salmon.
Salmons are found in the fish markets of Riftworm Village. Like the Iron Jaw, different Salmon species come in various sizes, from as small as 30cm to as big as a person. They, along with the Rock Eel and Iron Jaw are being sold as 'fresh'.[1] These fishes are a keystone species as they are a common prey item for the majority of the Serano Ocean's predators as well as humans.
Salmons in Riftworm Village are all butchered and their full remains are unknown. However, a species of Salmon is found piked on a stick in an easter egg found on Act 1 Shot in the Dark. [2]
