Robin Atkin Downes was born in Britain. Notably for Gears of War, he is the voice of Minh Young Kim, Chaps, and Niles Samson. He also credited for the voices of the Kantus Monks, Skorge, Boomer Variants, and the Sires.
He is best known for his work as the Medic in "Team Fortress 2".
He also starred as Brynjolf in the Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, and the Prophet of Regret in the Halo series. Other projects he voiced in included Suicide Squad (2016), Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, ThunderCats (2011), Prince of Persia: Warrior Within, Asura’s Wrath and Haunting Ground.
