The raid on the CIC was a Locust air assault on the Coalition of Ordered Governments CIC building in 13 A.E.

Order of Battle

Air Assault

In early Frost, thirteen years after Emergence Day, the Locust sent several squadrons of Reavers to assault Jacinto City with one of their targets being the CIC building at the heart of the city. KR Seven-Seven spotted the first squadron of Reavers approaching from the west and reported it to Lt. Anya Stroud at the CIC and AA guns all over the city began firing on the attacking Reavers. When KR Eight-Zero spotted a second wave of Reavers coming at the city from the north, Col. Victor Hoffman decided to go to the roof of the CIC to view the battle and direct his air assets, but as he left the CIC, one of the Reavers managed to score a direct hit on the building, knocking most of it's inhabitants to the ground and taking the communications equipment out. Major Gill Gettner took over directing the response to the attack and led the King Ravens in a counterattack that forced the Reavers to fall back. However, they managed to damage several other buildings and kill two civilians before being driven away from the city. The CIC crew quickly setted a new CIC up in the ballroom of the House of Sovereigns.
