The Raid on Ginnet Drive was a Locust attack on the Coalition of Ordered Governments power sub-station on Ginnet Drive.

Order of Battle

Power Outage

Twelve years after Emergence Day, the Locust attacked Ginnet Drive and destroyed the power sub-station located there, causing a large portion of southern and western Jacinto City to lose power. Among the buildings affected were the Jacinto Medical Center and the Jacinto Maximum Security Prison, although the Medical Center was able to restore the power by using a backup generator. However, the power outage at the prison caused all of the cell doors to malfunction and open which led to the general population of prisoners to execute the psych ward inmates after an insane inmate named Rushkin murdered another prisoner named Seffert.
