The Raging Buccaneer is an Easter Egg weapon found in Act 3 Do Not Go Gentle. It is a black and golden reskin of the Gnasher Shotgun that causes a slow-mo affect once every shot.
The gimmick of this weapon is that it allows for 'cinematic' action and an appreciation of the gore. The weapon can be restocked if you swap it with one of your A.I. squadmates who would refill some of the rounds. However, it would not refill to the maximum.
Getting the Weapon[]
To acquire the shotgun, start on Do Not Go Gentle and proceed as usual until you reach the catacombs. Reach the room that is filled with Pods and once you clear the room of enemies, look towards the closed gate and turn around. On the right side there is a burial balcony where a skull can be found. Shoot the skull off and try to 'push' the skull until it touches the gate.
This may take a few tries and a fully stocked Lancer as a lot of ammunition may be needed to 'push' the skull to the appropriate location. There is also a risk of the skull getting lost in a destroyed pod or debris, so caution must be taken.
Once the skull touches the closed gate, the Raging Buccaneer would appear on the other end of the gate. Lift the gate and the weapon is yours.
