Stranded Camp

Fifteen years after Emergence Day, a Stranded camp had been established in Port Lorrence, with a trawler fleet being based out of the city. One of the trawlers based there encountered the CNV Sovereign while on a fishing trip, and the captain learned that the Coalition of Ordered Governments had disbanded. He told them about Port Lorrence, and offered to do some trading with them. Sgt.Marcus Fenix and Cpl.Dominic Santiago told him they would think about doing that.
