Oracle Academy
Oracle Academy was a Coalition of Ordered Governments military academy which trained the best COG army officers the government had to offer. Several generations of Fenix family members attended Oracle Academy, including the esteemed Professor and retired Major Adam Fenix. His son Marcus Fenix was the first to break tradition and not attend Oracle Academy, despite visiting it several times over the years in preparation, and instead enlisted as a regualar Gear to be with his friends, Carlos and Dominic Santiago.[1]
