Lakar was a Kashkuri city in central Kashkur.[1] It was the headquarters for the 6th Brigade, along with all of the other Coalition forces in Kashkur, when the UIR invaded southern and western Kashkur after the fall of Vasgar.[2]

When Kashkur was invaded by the Union of Independent Republics in 17 B.E., the COG established its regional HQ in the city. General Brode and Col. James Choi directed the response to the invasion from the headquarters in the city.[1]
