The Kestrel Missile Launcher is the primary anti-vehicular weapon of the Kestrel Unmanned Combat Aircraft Vehicle.

These missile launchers launch four laser-guided high-explosive armor-piercing (HEAP) munitions at a target.

While good against vehicles, they are unable to track smaller infantry and could easily overshoot its missiles if a unit hides behind cover.

Strategy

These missiles deal heavy damage and, on higher difficulties, would result in a insta-kill. Players are given ample warning however, as a Kestrel would use its laser-designator to line up its missiles before firing. Always take cover when this happens to avoid the brunt of the damage when possible.
