Major J. Moreno was a Gear officer in the Coalition of Ordered Governments army who fought and died during the Destruction of Halvo Bay.

Biography

Destruction of Halvo Bay

Around thirty days after Emergence Day, Moreno was part of the effort to defend the city of Halvo Bay from a huge Locust assault. Moreno was stationed in downtown Halvo Bay and was killed after getting cornered by a cleaver-wielding Locust in the parade grounds. Moreno's COG Tag was later recovered by Lt. Damon Baird of Kilo Squad.
