The Imulsion Explosive Canister is a large barrel of explosive refined Imulsion used by the Locust Horde as static emplaced bombs to destroy large sections of a foundation, structure and building, causing immense casualties and structural collapse. Despite this, like the Propane Tanks used by Humans, they are also utilized as fuel for Locust machines and explosive weapons such as the Torque Bow and Boomshot Grenade Launcher.

Lambent War[]

During the Lambent War, RAAM's Bloodied Vanguard was losing their position on the Gorgon Front. Locust Drone Praax was carrying the canister alongside another drone when they were killed in a surprise attack by a Lambent Drudge.[1]
RAAM manage to successfully kill the Drudge and primed the canister alongside Skorge before quickly retreating and ordering Jermad to detonate the canister via an explosive round from his Breechshot. The resulting explosion from the canister as well as 15 hidden canisters proved enough to cave in the entire Gorgon Front.[2]
Locust War[]
Explosive Canisters were found throughout the Inner Hollow and in the Nexus during Operation: Hollow Storm. The Coalition of Ordered Governments later used these canisters (originally meant for the Lambent) against the Locust Horde with lethal affect.[3]
After the Sinking of Jacinto City, the Savage Locust used these canisters for both fuel for their explosive weapons and an energy source.[4]
