Gears of War: Hollow Part Six is issue #6 of the Gears of War: Comic Series and is the sixth of six issues that make up the Hollow story arc. It was released in April 2009.
Official Wildstorm Summary[]
The action-packed prequel to Gears of War 2 concludes its opening arc with a bang! Delta finds their mission in shambles with numerous members dead! Could things possibly get any worse?[3]
Story[]
Delta takes the Locust assault head on but start running out of ammo fast. Marcus orders Jace and Dom to flee, they start climbing up the cliff to escape Montevado. When they reach the top they discover a group of stranded and Lily's mother Emma who is fighting for her life after a Wretch bit her. In the sinkhole things get worse and Barrick charges the Locust giving Marcus time to escape. Barrick dies a heroes death in melee combat with the Locust. Marcus climbs out of the sinkhole being reunited with Jace and Dom. Aftershocks the cause Jace to fall back into the sinkhole. Marcus calls for Ravens to come and evacuate the Stranded. Jace regains consciousness and realizes there's a Beserker hunting him. He tries to remain quiet but it gets closer and closer. Marcus appears on the ladder of a Raven and calls for Jace to jump and take his hand. Jace runs and jumps grabbing Marcus, the Beserker follows but falls off the edge to its death. They return to Jacinto where Jace helps out at the orphanage and reunites Lily with her Mother.
