Fredo Carmine was a reporter for a Halvo Bay newspaper, called the Gears & Brains. He interviewed Ezra Pound Loomis for the Gears & Brains shortly after Emergence Day. Fredo is a member of the Carmine Family; he's probably a cousin of Anthony Carmine, Benjamin Carmine and Clayton Carmine.
