Order of Battle[]
Evacuation of Halvo Bay[]
Following the death of Zamil Karn and the loss of the Lightmass Missile, Halvo Bay was declared lost. Col. Ezra Pound Loomis led the effort to evacuate the remaining civilians from the city. At the Regency Hotel, the COG made their last stand. Cpl. D. Galvin was killed in a neighboring building's laundry room. At the front of the hotel, Col. Loomis and First Lieutenant M. Cohen were killed by the Locust.
Recovery[]
The Coalition of Ordered Governments Engineering Corps was then ordered to recover the bodies, including the body of Col. Loomis and erected a statue in his honor at the site of his death. Sergeant M. Blythe was part of a protection detail that guarded the engineers and volunteers who recovered bodies from Halvo Bay after the huge Locust assault. Blythe was killed defending the engineers in the Imulsion Rig off of Halvo Bay's shore.
