The North Comm Tower
The North Communications Tower was one of the two communications towers that was built in the Kadar Valley by the Coalition of Ordered Governments during the early Pendulum Wars. It was supplied by the North Tower Substation.
History[]
The North Communications Tower was built during the early Pendulum Wars after Dr. Niles Samson was forced to relocate his research due to the closure of the New Hope Research Facility. The sympathizers within the administration of Chairman Monroe secretly funded the construction of the Mount Kadar Laboratory to the east of New Hope along with a security wall and two communications towers. The cover story for the wall and the communications towers was that they are part of a nondescript COG military installation, but their true purpose was to secure the portion of the Kadar Valley where the lab was built and prevent it from falling under the scrutiny of the COG's leadership.[1]
By 42 A.E., the North Communications Tower remained fully functional. A Condor that was brought down by a Windflare crashed nearby. Kait Diaz and Delmont Walker traveled to it and the East Communications Tower in order to ascertain the exact location of the Mount Kadar Laboratory.[1]
