Claybourne was a major city in Tyrus. The city was divided by a river and was connected by the Claybourne Dam. The city also had a large military presence, with the installation of CIC Claybourne. The city was partially destroyed and occupied by Ukkon, a scientist for the Locust Horde, during the first year of the Locust War. After Ukkon took CIC Claybourne, the COG Army attempted its first assassination attempt before realizing Ukkon had the ability of accelerated healing - essentially physically immortal.
