After the Sinking of Jacinto, the CIC Truck became the headquarters for the remaining members of the command staff and the emergency command team.[1]

- It is very likely that the CIC Truck is just a designation for any vehicle that has been turned into a mobile HQ for the Coalition High Command, rather than it being a specific model range for a vehicle.
- This is similar to that of the real-world Air Force One.
