The Aldair Combat Information Center, or CIC Aldair, was the headquarters of the Coalition of Ordered Governments Army forces stationed in Aldair, Tyrus.

End of the Pendulum Wars[]
By the end of the Pendulum Wars, the center was headed by General Becket.
Locust War[]
Emergence Day[]
Six weeks after the end of the Pendulum Wars, a race of subterrean creatures known as the Locust Horde emerged on the surface of every major city to slaughter as much humans as possible, known as Emergence Day - killing 25% of the human population in the first 26 hours.
Hammer of Dawn Strikes[]
One year within the Locust War, the Locust Horde were able to attack and overrun Aldair. During this time, the newly elected Chairman Richard Prescott ordered 90% of the Seran surface outside of the Jacinto Plateau to be incinerated with the Hammer of Dawn in an attempt to stop the Locust's advancement on Ephyra and to deny the Locust the spoils of war from each city they overran and occupied. Aldair was selected as one of the cities to be ground-zero. General Becket had received classified intel files from Chairman Prescott on a Locust scientist called Ukkon, meant to be delivered to Alpha Squad in the outskirts of Aldair in the Aldair Army Base, but CIC Aldair was overrun by Locust forces. Alpha Squad was then ordered to retrieve the files shortly before the Hammer strikes. CIC Aldair was destroyed along with the rest of Sera on 33rd Bloom, 1 A.E.
