The Ambush in Central Vectes was a Stranded attack on a Coalition of Ordered Governments patrol.

Stranded Ambush[]
While patrolling in Central Vectes, a Coalition of Ordered Governments Packhorse hit a mine hidden in the road. The Packhorse was flipped over and the Gears inside were injured and six Stranded emerged from their hiding place along the side of the road and opened fire on the trapped Gears. A few of the Gears were killed and Col. Victor Hoffman ordered dozens of Gears to search the forests of Vectes to try to find and kill the insurgents.[1]
