Lahni Kaliso wearing an Adrenaline Injector
The Adrenaline Injector is a specialized face mask with a tracheal tube worn by Coalition of Ordered Governments Hivebusters. After the Venom Bomb, it is the Hivebusters' most vital piece of equipment, as it awakens them when they are ensconced within a Pod, allowing them to cut their way out and begin their mission. The mask uses the attached tracheal tube to deliver aerosolized adrenaline and breathable air directly into the wearer's lungs, and is discarded when the wearer breaks free of the Pod. If the Adrenaline Injector fails to activate, the wearer's only hope of avoiding transformation into a Swarm Juvie is being found and extracted by another Hivebuster.[1]

After Team Scorpio retrieved a sample of the Wakaatu's venom, Doctor Hana Cole developed the adrenaline injector alongside her improved Venom Bombs in order to allow the team to be captured by Snatchers and infiltrate the heart of the Pahanu Hive. As Scorpio was captured by Snatchers, they donned their injectors.[2] While those worn by Jeremiah Keegan and Lahni Kaliso functioned as intended and awoke them, Leslie Macallister's mask failed and he had to be cut out of his Pod by Lahni.[1]
