Act V is the fifth and final act of Gears of War 3. It features Delta Squad's arrival at Azura and the subsequent battle there. The shutting down of the Maelstrom and the rescuing of Adam Fenix during the battle are key factors that lead to the detonation of the Imulsion Countermeasure Weapon and the downfall of both the Locust Horde and the Lambent.
