Act II: Halvo Bay Military Academy is the second act of Gears of War: Judgment. Cdt. Sofia Hendrik provides commentary during this act as Col. Ezra P. Loomis presides over Kilo Squad's trial. It follows Kilo Squad's mission to the Halvo Bay Military Academy in order to recover Troy to use as the targeting beacon for the Lightmass Missile.
