Specialist A. Josefson was a Gear soldier in the Coalition of Ordered Governments army who fought and died during the Locust War.

Fourteen years after Emergence Day, Josefson was stationed at Fort Reval, which had been re-purposed into a military field hospital. When the Locust assaulted the fort, the COG started evacuating the personnel there. Many Gears died during the evacuation, including Josefson, who was killed in the catacombs below the fort's keep.
27 years later, during JD Fenix' journey through Fort Reval, Josefson's COG Tags would be collected by JD.[1]
